The Car — Privacy Policy

The Car is a paid animated Wear OS watch face published by DigitalAppIta. Contact: gabangest@gmail.com.

Data used on your watch

The face displays the watch’s time, date, battery percentage and available system weather temperature. Its effect settings control flashing headlights, moving fog and analog hands. These values are handled locally by the Wear OS watch-face runtime. The Car contains no application code, accounts, ads, analytics or custom network service, and does not transmit personal information to DigitalAppIta.

Weather and platform services

Temperature is supplied by the watch’s existing weather service when available. That service may use location or network information under its own permissions and privacy terms. The Car itself does not request location permission, collect location, contact a weather provider or send weather information to us. The cloud/fog symbol is decorative; it does not represent changing weather conditions.

Purchases

Google Play processes the one-time purchase. We do not receive or store your payment-card details. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions in this watch face. Google may provide developers with store order and sales information under Google Play’s policies.

Retention, sharing and security

We do not keep a database of watch-face users or their device readings, and do not sell or share those readings. Local preferences are managed by the operating system. If you email support, we use your email address and message to answer you, retain correspondence only as needed for support or legal obligations, and you may request deletion by contacting us.

Children

This face is intended for a general audience. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you have a privacy concern.
